1. Ensure that the packaging production department implements the production operation according to the order plan

2. Cooperate with the formulation of the company's development strategy and annual business plan, preside over the formulation of annual production plan level objectives, and organize the implementation after approval.

3. Be responsible for cooperating with the production director to preside over the formulation and adjustment of production plan and general budget, comprehensively balance the annual production tasks, formulate and issue monthly and weekly production plans and overall planning, so as to achieve production balance.

4. Make vertical coordination with planning department, procurement department, production workshop and logistics department, as well as horizontal contact with sales center, R & D center and procurement department according to working procedures

5. Establish and improve the responsibilities of subordinate posts in the production line, review the Department's production plan, control and supervise the production system to ensure the completion of production tasks

6. Be responsible for safety production and employee occupational health in the area under its jurisdiction

College degree or above, with packaging testing experience

1. Put forward the operation and transformation plan of power equipment, and be responsible for tracking the implementation to ensure the power supply of the company.

2. Formulate the fixed position diagram, operation process, safety specification, operation record and maintenance plan of power equipment

3. Ensure the product quality and qualification rate of power, water and electricity, and ensure the smooth operation of the production line.

4. Be responsible for keeping the technical data of power machinery and equipment, and establish the archives of power machinery and equipment.

5. In case of power supply problems, provide emergency corresponding services, guide to solve difficult power faults and restore power supply in time.

6. Strive to reduce power cost and eliminate waste.

7. Ensure the safe production of power equipment and ensure no accident.

8. Ensure that the safe discharge fully meets the environmental protection standards.

Technical requirements:

College degree or above, more than 8 years working experience in power facilities.

The major is mechanical and electronic.

Familiar with power system management, and have the ability of water and electricity specification design and management.

Familiar with maintenance and operation experience of power mechanical equipment.


Proficient in CAD.

More than 3 years of equivalent working time in packaging industry or similar industry.

Strong ability of coordination, communication, implementation, supervision and guidance.

Have certain fire fighting knowledge and experience.

Electrician certificate.
